Also, I think Stark can create another suit to counter Samus. Can Samus defeat Hulk? Ironman pulled that off. I don’t think Samus can manage that....

Why does that matter? If Character A beats Character B and B beats C it doesn’t mean Character A can beat Character C

I agree with that, but I think the logic can be applied here not in term of strength but overall ability to pull something impressive.
