This is like....a guy with a stick trying to destroy an M1 Abrams. Samus doesn’t have to be evil for Link to take her down. Link already possess the necessary firepower to do so. He also packs superior defenses, I’m sure. If you knew anything about Link then you’d know this is no contest.

Trust me, Link can’t beat Samus. And it’s very possible for tech to be superior to magic.
I’m not sure about that. Link’s magic seems rigged a lot of the time. Assuming this is a general Link, meaning all Link’s, He could just drink the Special Milk from MM and throw on Magic Armour from TWW, making him invincible for 3 days, which is a cheap form of protection but is effective. Truth is Samus doesn’t have this in the bag. Though she could most definitely still win.

Link’s best weapons are the Light/Silver Arrows, which target evil beings. But Samus has taken multiple light and holy attacks and survived just fine (the Emperor Ing’s holy blasts can be nasty, but never more than 1 energy tank.)The Master Sword doesn’t even harm non-evil beings. Din’s fire won’t do anything. Nayru’s love combo lasts about six days, and Samus can keep going that long. She could just opt to shove him through a dimensional portal if he tries that, though.
Nothing Link has can seriously harm Samus. His polymorphing magic likely won’t get past the shield, which has deflected ghosts, demons, and magic in the past. Ether and Bombos won’t slow Samus down, and I’m sure she can avoid Quake. A Time Stop is Link’s only chance, but he can’t cause any significant damage while it lasts.
Samus has supersonic reaction time and can run circles around Link before he can move. She’s physically stronger, faster, smarter, and better armed than Link is.

Invincibility is the only real thing Link has here, even then Samus can outlast it. Samus can go invincible too, however her’s doesn’t last nearly as long as Link’s. Regardless though, her armor is nigh-impenetrable at full power.

The Ing Emperor was not light based, it had no light based attacks and showed no signs of light energy. Ing Emperor was completely dark based. Prove that Samus has taken light based attacks and prove. The Light/Silver Arrows are already powerful and will cause massive hurt to Samus should they hit her, despite the fact that she isn’t evil.

Link’s invincibility can last a total of 12 days, not 6. I have serious doubts that Samus would be able to outlast that. Link can halt time, use the Fierce Deity Mask and unload on Samus. You think she can outlast that? The Fierce Deity Mask will overwhelm Samus as it is immensely powerful, that I’m sure of. And since when could Samus create portals?

Do you know how fast, agile, maneuverable, nimble, etc Link is? You’re acting like he can’t move more than 5mph. I’m sure he matches her in these terms.
