First off, Emperor Ing. Giant Demon, Dimension Lord, and holder of the Light of Aether. He himself is nowhere near light based; the opposite, in fact. But the fact that he absorbed said Light of Aether makes certain attacks light based.
Please notice that when his heart is purple, he is vulnerable to the Light Beam, like all dark creatures and Ing. Now look again. When his heart is white, he is vulnerable to the Dark Beam, a weapon of darkness. In addition, he will fire off massive blasts of holy energy when in white mode. Link’s invincibility can last a total of 12 days, not 6. I have serious doubts that Samus would be able to outlast that. Link can halt time, use the Fierce Deity Mask and unload on Samus. You think she can outlast that? The Fierce Deity Mask will overwhelm Samus as it is immensely powerful, that I’m sure of. And since when could Samus create portals?
State your reasoning. I know for a fact that Chateau Romani lasts 3 days. If Link slows down time, this extends to 6 days of unlimited magic, and therefore, invincibility. Where did you get the extra 6 days?
Link’s time stop lasts for approximately 9 seconds of Link’s perceived time. He cannot do very much in that time, and what he can do won’t damage Samus severely. Samus has a weapon known as the DarkBurst. It forms a portal with dark energy and fires the portal itself as a projectile. Anything in the way gets ripped apart on the molecular level and sucked inside. It is unknown where the portal leads.
Are you serious? I have already countered the majority of those.
Bombs- Space Pirate grenades (phazon, plasma, and EMP) barely slow Samus down. A bomb will do absolutely nothing.
Master Sword- It does not harm non-evil beings. Even if it did, it would do so as an ordinary sword. Samus takes repeated plasma scythes and phazon claws to the face with little damage. http://zelda.wikia.com/wiki/Master_Sword
Magic- What magic, specifically? The Ether, Quake and Bombos spells from A Link to the Past? Din’s Fire? Thunder, Spell, and others from Adventure of Link? Gale and Mystery seeds of the Oracle games?
I know my Zelda, make no mistake, but I don’t see anything that will get past Samus’s shielding.
I’d suggest the Mirror Shield, but that won’t stop 255 missiles.
Fierce Deity Mask- I saved this one for last because we do not know much about it. Judging from the game, it’s rather pitiful. From fluff, it the most powerful item Link has. The sword can shoot beams, but otherwise it’s just a Darkness Empowered Link (a great target for the Light Beam). It has no feats, no additional uses, and no information on it. It took down Majora’s Mask in a few hits, something the Kokiri sword was also capable of doing.
Do you know how fast, agile, maneuverable, nimble, etc Link is? You’re acting like he can’t move more than 5mph. I’m sure he matches her in these terms.
I never said Link was slow; I said Samus was faster. Link is above peak human. Samus is superhuman.

We aren’t even sure there are any and we can’t say there is not one, you have no proof, im a A+ student in all my science classe never failed one and even i can’t prove there is no god, there is more people in this world that belive in gods that there are atheist.

When has Link destroyed one? Ganon was defeated, but cannot be destroyed. Majora may or may not count, depending on the Fierce Deity Mask.

This is not relevant to the debate. Like, at all. We know for a fact that there are goddesses in the Zelda universe, but they never do anything. They can’t help Link win.
Flaahgra. An entire boss made out of wood. This creature is incredibly dangerous due to its natural wood armor, and swords on its arms made of wood. Nearly immune to all attack, Samus barely made it out alive. In the end, it seems not even wood can save you from Samus.
