Tenchi and Z vs DBZ

The Fight is between Tenchi and/or Z vs DBZ complete verse

Rules

1) This fight ends till the foe dies
2) DBZ can use anime/manga/movies/extras/GT/everything (also videogames)
3) Thenchi Muyo! can use ovas and everything
4) All dbz characters can fight at the same time, an use characters like Gogeta ssj4, vegeto ssj1, gogeta ssj3/Broly ssj3/gogeta ssj1 at the same time.
5) Only for this time Dragon ball all characters can fight and live in space(yes even Mr. Satan). But the beams, powers and all that suff is going to be the same.
6) They are fighting here:

7) Z is going to fight first alone vs everyone in dargon ball
8) If Z loses ( I doubt) Tenchi helps him.

I know and I did not wanted to post it... but I felt tempted...

But the fight is going to be first with Z alone.
