ya lee is more too fast for reaction to movement not sight... while flash step is almost the opposite...only unless the person knows flash step they cant see or react...

Seeing any given flash step relies on the level of the user as much as the level of the person viewing the move, so just knowing flash step means you can see it completely if at all

that is true, im just saying that cause i know that naruto characters havent had any flash step training so there is no hope for anyone without sharingan to see them, and even if they can see them, it doesnt mean they can keep up

um its building busting because its modern day, and power doesnt include what is done to the environment... it is more what is done to the enemy... did you not read the def of yamamoto’s sword? and Izuru’s sword doubles anything it hits in weight...
speed is part of power too. and bleach chars are much faster than naruto characters.

No speed is apart of movement and no modern mangas destory mountains like OP and Naruto.

what i meant by modern, is its taking place in modern times... there arent as many mountains around... its more buildings... and its not just 1 sturdy building they are breaking in 1 wave of the sword, its multiple...
