I think super speed can counter amaterasu. Since you need to Focus On one target which takes like at least 1 sec to do. If you can travel at the speed of sound and move constantly Amaterasu can’t be focused on you so you’ll be safe.

susanoo could be put up at a speed faster than lighting protecting madara from ichigos attacks and speed

Actully Itachi didn’t have plenty of time after you use the MS you can’t use it for awhile as proven in Sasuke’s fight with KillerBee.
