Batman’s gadgets do not cancel out Superman’s powers.
Anyways, Spiderman has his own form of combat as well as super strength, agility. spider sense, and so on.

BAtman is just an old fart dressed in a bat suit. Now Spider man on the other hand has super powers and some people go as far to say that he can beat Super man. Spider man would kill batman in like two seconds without a fight.
