Strenght:Spiderman. Bats is a normal human, Spideys a metahuman and is shown to be able to lift 15 tons(more when stressed) and thanks to his upgrade even more.
Speed: This obviously goes to Spidey.
Stamina: From what I’ve seen it goes to Spidey.
Fighting ability: Goes to Bats because he’s a better martial artist.
Reaction time: Anyone who says Batman can hit Spidey when he is trying to dodge needs to get their heads out their asses. Spidey sense gives Spidey a big advantage.
Equipment: I have to say Spidey, thanks to his new Iron Spider suit.
Brains: This goes to Batman however Spidey himself is pretty smart and Bats knows little to nothing about him.
