You must forget that Batman is one of the world’s greatest scientists, engineers, criminologists, and tacticians. He can defeat Spiderman. He has defeated a lot of powerful villains, not just in the Batman universe.
I’m pretty sure Spiderman said he could beat Thanos if he had prep time. The fact is Spiderman is also a genius and if they don’t have prep time, Spiderman will have the advantage

This is simple,Batman wins with prep time (of course with his gadgets in hand) and Spiderman wins in a first time encounter like they did in DC vs Marvel.

He can lift tons? You got proof of that? Batman took down Wonder Woman, and she’s stronger than him. He can take down Spiderman. You seriously underestimate Batman.

What’s the point of lifting 10 tons if he pulls his own punches? His Spider sense can detect danger, doesn’t mean that he can’t stop it. And furthermore, Batman is not a regular human, the man’s faster than sound if he can dodge an array of bullets.

Okay back up you two.First,since when does Batman
dodge bullets? He can’t move that fast and his abilities are that to a mortal-like Bruce Lee for
example.The heroes that I’m aware can dodge bullets are the likes of Captian America and Spider-Man.
Oh since I’m on the Spider-Man subject,just because he is strong and fast doesn’t really mean
he could beat Batman.Of course if Batman was in a
direct confrontation with Spidey then he wouldn’t
stand a chance,but with preperation and gadgets he will take Spiderman down.In the DC/Marvel team
up,the match was techniqally a draw since Spidey won the first round and Bats won the second round.
