cause what it actually means is comprimising ones credibility or integrity for money which they didnt they play their styleas theyve always played they havnt left new metal and the fact they can amaze you instrumentally without going on constant guitar solos there are barely any other bands that can do that so you guys all are just a bunch hypocrit peice of craps who just think they suck because of masks and make up and never really got into him im not saying you have to like them they deserve more respect then anything and if you did respect them youd understand damn they are good not even that pick up an instrument or if you play one try to play their stuff far from easy try and left behind on guitar its a bitch practically anything on drums ive been playing for 5 years its hard pick any song try it

fucking cocklovers, you dumb shits think that people that listen to slipknot are gothic, mayhem, cannibal corpse and all those other extreme death metal and black metal bands are what goths listen to, and rammstein has sold 10,000,000 albums total, and theve let out 7 albums and slipknot has sold around seven million albums total from 4 albums, by the way rosenrot, i think you said rammstein was the number 1 european selling artist ever you must be pretty fucking dumb to have never heard of the beatles. and everybody says the only reason people like slipknot is because of their masks, the only reason people hate slipknot is because they have the masks, when you hear slipknot the first thing that comes to your mind is the masks and how disgusting they are. and ive heard rammstein and i think the thing that really drags them down is the crapy drum beat that they always use and that they come from a country where the language isnt used anywhere else if it were english they would be allot bigger, and when you critisise slipknot your critisising korn,linkin park(gay fucking sell outs that are only in it for the money),mushroomhead,mudvayne and disturbed because they all fall into the same genre, nu metal
Once agian, I hate Slipknot because I think they’re music sucks. The first thing that comes to mind is not the masks, it’s fact that some people acually like this shit. I don’t know how, but if you like Slipknot, more power to you. But you’ll never catch me listening to that shit.
BTW I happen to like Disturbed, I’m not critizing ALL nu-metal, just Slipknot.

Some people just don’t like certain bands. I don’t like slipknot and its not because they wear makeup and masks. I like kiss and I didn’t even know that Slipknot wore masks. I just don’t like their style of music. I listend to a couple of their songs and I didn’t want to hear them again because I just didn’t like them. I could care less how many CD’s they sell, Or they sell out all their concerts I’m not going to listen to slipknot because I just don’t like them. They’re not very good in my opinion.
