Actually you are wrong. Foster care is a sensitive matter. Kids are placed there becuase of parental neglect of various forms, be it physical abuse, mental abuse, parental involvement in criminal acts wich would deem them quite unsuitable, like involvement in drugs, prostitution and so on. That is why they are in foster care. And alot of foster care homes are shit, most of the appointed families don’t take care of the children they harbor- they use them for pay checks that the state and federal governments give them. Sad, seriously sad. I had an Ex that was a product of foster care and she was all fucked in the head.
