Scott Guest | First, let me say this. My opinions on this are not so set that they cannot be changed with a bit of info. I am all for LEGAL immigration. The prime strength of our nation is it’s diversity and people of many different cultures from around the world. I do not think that disagreeing with illegal immigration has a thing to do with race, though. It’s more of respect for the law that was put there for good reason. Our social security has been fucked all to hell, and continues to get worse. Not to mention that we have many poor people of OUR OWN across all races here to worry about without worrying about overpopulation. We have got to be able to keep track of who’s coming and going or chaos will run amuck.
I do not blame any of the poor immigrants, since, in their shoes, I would do the exact same thing to provide for my family. It’s the government and lax Border control’s job to enforce. All that being said, here’s the part where people usually say that I’m ignorant. I do not agree with all these “Spanish or English” options everywhere. When about HALF are illegal, I don’t think we should be treating the illegal 'outlaws' as citizens. I would be against it if it were other poor White European immigrants, so don’t give me the race bullshit. If the percentage of immigrants that are here legally actually outnumbers the illegal in a noticeable majority, take back what I’ve said. I do think we need to learn more languages in America. Just not for the wrong reasons.
