it took last place in the console wars because people are all about how a game looks, give me Super Smash Bros. Melee ove Halo or GTA anyday, although GTA and Halo were good games, they just wern’t as fun as smacking your best friend with a home run bat.

gamecube got in last place cause of one key mistake. No online. No online meant loss of 3rd party support. Loss of third-party support means loss of games online and offline. That is bad.


Yet the thing to note is that GC sold almost as much consoles as Xbox without online. That is something to take note on. Cause if GC had online then Xbox would have flopped.

The gamecube versions was grapically and physically better and was the original so it should get a better ranking. The PS2 version was just a port.

Well RE4 was the best graphical and physical game ever created for this gen. At least that is the GC version.

Well so what if sales was won by the PS3. GC has 2 games in the top 10 at the most respected critics on the web.

Orcarina of Time was really good, and here I’ve been saying Final Fantasy VII was the best, I forgot about Zelda, I’m not sure if Twilight Princess will take OoT’s place, but it’s definitly going to make the gamecube sell more, The Twilight Princess is the most anticipated game of 2006.
