unkowness Guest | im sure bjarne or whatever and golden raptor would welcome ideas. I have an idea. let us put side pictures.. but have a whole bunch of seleceted pictures. around 30 or 40 with just video game chars. and stuff like that. don’t change the guest part. don’t make it so only members can post is what i mean by don’t change the geast part. i could think of more. the picture thing would be nice but we no some messed up people would post some meesed up stuff | |

I would say something like “thank you and we will consider it” but I’m going to go into more detail.
I like the whole thumbnail idea. I suppose that a sticky topic can be used for wrong pictures, and we will moderate them all. But this only seems good of the Off-topic/games lounge since no real discussion of codecs goes on there.

though the idea of side pics/profile pics whatever u call them that go by ur name when u post would be cool...
otherwise the other pics can probably be poisted as URLs as they always have been. ---

I fixed something over the last minutes that might have caused it.
In fact I changed quite a few things (internally) today 
If you enter a link beginning with http:// it should now be clickable (but search engines will not follow it: people will NOT gain any google page ranking by spamming their link here).

It will not work completely like on other forums, and in the first version you will not be able to specify avators (who should make these? I can’t make graphics  ), but maybe later.

I only need to determine exactly how to do it, and which/where to get pictures from...... If anyone would like to create and donate pictures for the moviecodec avator section please mail me

I am not sure about maximum dimensions for avators yet, but certainly the absolute maximum width is going to be 190 pixels, and maximum height is also certainly maximum 190 pixels, but should be less. ---
