Hey every1, i was at the movie theater the other day and I just decided to watch this random movie called the ringer and boy was it horrible! the movie was so unoriginal, its stuff u have seen before and it sucks! overall I would give that shitty movie a D+.
I’m glad that one of our youth is protesting this offending moive. Knoxville should be fired for his role of poking fun at a mentally retarded person as well as the whole director cast! The whole movie is very offensive to mentaly retarded people.
I suggest that we all get together and protest this movie at movie theathers across America.
This movie doesnt make fun on “mentally challenged” people. It is even based on things that actually happen in real life... and also mentally challenged actors dont usually get many roles and this movie opened ALOT of doors for the actors. Also Knoxville shouldnt be fired or anything cause hes nice to them. (He got pissed at the first screening cause every1 took pics of him and not them) so I liked the movie. It was funny at times but also has abit of a love story mixed in. I reccomend this movie to anyone who needs something to watch.

i dont think the movie was anything great but knoxville is a cool guy at heart. he may be a bit of a nut but i can see it in him he’s a cool guy. and he’s not taking a stab at the mentally challenged, he’s taking the mentally challenged and making a comedy with them. just because they are mentally challenged doesent mean they dont want to have fun and do stupid things as well. i thought this opened doors, like the kid above me said, cause not many people pay atention to the mentally challenged, and knoxville put those two guys on a pedastal for what its worth and made them famous. hahaha someone said protest against this. what are you an idiot?

Why i do agree with you in some ways, the fact that they employed Mentaly Retarted People to play the characters is credit to them. It gives the Mentaly disabled people a voice and a face. It would have been worse to have a bunch of actors acting 'retarded'.
I do agree that the movie is disapointing, it was done alot more tastefuly then what Jhonny Knoxville is known for.
actualy i take that back. The agreeing thing that is. I think Concerned parent is wrong and i dont agree at all. but i do stand by everything else i said.
