Red Sparten, it depends. The topic has to be very important or popular for it to be important. For example, when I sticked Sony PS3 vs Xbox 360 vs Nintendo Revolution, it had already had 15,000 posts, which is a lot. It took me a week to realize that it would be the most popular thread on this forum.

Yours has to have new topics everyday, with constant updates, and a good level of posts per day. I’m surprised that no one has stickied the “I am lonely will anyone talk to me” thread, but I’m not going to. Don’t know if it is needed.

For example, the Sony PS3 vs Xbox 360 vs Nintendo Revolution has been around for 255 days, and has roughly 35000 posts, which amounts to 140 (average) posts a day.
