1. how do you become a moderator
and

2) avators are on the way. Please do not expect me to implement everything so quickly. I am stil working on it. I have a pretty clear idea (where you can upload your own avator, but it will not become visible until a moderater has approved it). ---

the first million times i tryed it says it was too big !!!

There are two limitations.
File size: max 15,000 bytes
Image dimensions: Max 100 pixels width, max 100 pixel height ---

it says “the avatar picture must be JPG, GIF OR PNG!" ---

and yea make the size bigger, most PNG files wont fit in... ---
