Lets say I want to have it go to washingtonpost.com. I picked this site because it is not offending in any way.
I would write:
Washington Post.com
That is without the http and the www before the page.
Now, when I replace washingtonpost.com with http://www.washingtonpost.com/, it turns out like this.
Washington Post.com
I hope this helped. --- "We can’t solve problems using the same thinking we used when we created them." - Albert Einstein
