besides the essentiall computer chips are in his head and if you cut it off clean he wont be able to function...
and vergil would probably find a pool of acid to throw him into anyways, and even if he isnt fully killable vergil can still kill him time after time after time...
he doesnt win the war but hell win all the battles... ---
