The Devil is trying to ruin your mind by having listening to the poison the Satan have planted in this world. Many young people are now joining gangs because of rap, and many of our youths are entering Satic cults due to rock.
Please, we must stop rap and rock from ruining more lives.

I don’t go to church because All Churches regardless of demonination are closed minded. It all depends on the thaughts and motives of your mind. Yes, i agree that when you listen to stuff that has profanity and strong language it can mess you up, before i was a christan i listened to that stuff and now im paying for it. But not all rock and rap music is satanist. You cant say that all of it is bad because youve probably never listened too it enough becaus your so stuck up. But hey, posting somthing like this on a public website will only make people think that christians are stuck up fools, but REAL christians put up with satanist stuff and dont go around talking crap. Its only making Christans look like buttholes. all that means is that we’re all sinners, like the good book says. that’s very true. but the problrm comes when you think you are more “holy” than someone else just because you don’t do *certain* sins...the problem is that you still do others. who has no sins, let them cast the first stone.
and, anyhow, there is no such thing as an “evil” *style* of music...the content may be wrong, but the style is just the medium...that would be like saying that since the internet is used to D/L porn, the the internet is evil. doesn’t work. it’s all about the _mens rea_...the intention of the heart. that’s what really counts. not the external apperanece or form. one love.

And you are embarrassing me and my religion by making it sound like some stuck up prick club that only “good” people can get into. NOT ALL ROCK IS BAD!!! Being a Christian is not based on “being good” its based on a relatinship with God who died in the cross for us. What does rock have to do with the devil? The only rock group that I can think of thats demonic is Slipknot. Thats pretty much the only demonic group. There is also many different types of rock and rap, some is bad, some is fine. Not all music that isnt Christian music is bad, but some of it is. If you think ALL music is for worshiping God than your wrong. Christian music is for worshiping God and secular music (rock, rap,etc.) is for personal enjoyment. Your making my religion look like everyones going to hell because everyone listens to rock and rap in one way or another...there are too many different kinds of rock and rap to say that all of them are bad.
People reading this, all you have to do to be a Christian is to have faith in Jesus. He died for all of us and He loves you and me, even when we screw up in life. He can forgive us when we screw up. If you want more informatin on how to be a Christian, I can give you some phone numbers of people that can help you or talk to you about being a Christian. Yes I know that the people above make Christianity seem really pointless and stupid, but their just a bunch of Christian extremists. Yes they are legalistic, thats because theyre probably from another type of Christianity like Catholic or somthing.
Anyways, i dont think all rock music is of the devil.

jbizzo Guest | My turn! Okay first of all i go to church with my mom at least once a month, cause our church is small and only has Sunday sevices and i like to sleep a lot, so yeah. Also i believe that without God i would be in the biggest shit hole ever, he’s kept me going for so long i am so greatful to know who he is. Now for this whole 'devil music thing”. My favorite band of all time is KoRn, their music speaks to me in a way that no-other band ever has. The lyrics relate to so much stuff in my life they help me get stuff out that i couldn’t say on my own. I recently went to my first KoRn concert and met the band, it was one of the greatest feelings ever to meet Jonathan Davis(lead singer). Jonathan is One of the five people in my life that has helped me greatly. I hugged him and said “tahnkyou for your music”. I have great respect for him and i know his views on religion r different then mine or Christians, but thats just who he is. I wouldn’t like to think he’s going to burn in Hell, but i know that if he doesn’t turn his life around he will. Anyway i consider myself a Christian, i love KoRn, i greatly respect and look up to Jonathan Davis, and i believe that not all rock/rap music comes from the devil its just how ppl inturpret it that changes them.bye

You know, religion sounds great and everything, right up to the point where they start telling you to give them money. WTF does God need with your sacrificed money? Why do I have to pay 10% of my earnings to tithe a church or I’m “going to hell”? Jesus held church meetings and gods word in the streets, grass areas, rocks, dirt etc. People gathered to listen to their believed prophet without the use of money, gold, Euros, pounds, etc. It seems religion is more of a Corporation now more then ever. It’s a bunch of BS is what it is.

The only reason people pay money when they go to church is to support missionaries or somthing like that. Or usually to maintain the church grounds. It is not forced of you to tithe either, it is optional and if you dont tithe you wont go to hell. Its just if you want to support the pastor or missions.
