Noob: Disable emulator????

Hello, please forgive me for my limited knowledge but I need help. I downloaded TycoonCity: New york and mounted it with Daemon Tools. My problem is that I can’t play it because it tells me to disable my emulator. I’ve tried to turn off the emulator options in Daemon tools and it didn’t work. Please help me with this.
