Ill give you the reasons:
runescape
1. absolutly FULL of autoers (cheaters)
2. NOT a friendly environment, you would be lucky to take one step and not hear the word “n00b”
3.NO skill, I repeat, NO SKILL is required to play this game, it’s simply a matter of how long you are willing to spend sitting on your ass all day clicking on dodgy graphics
4.If you play the game for free, you are pretty much getting one tenth of the world that members get
5.membership is a complete rip off
6.Non members pretty much have no decent way of obtaining money of any sort, comparison, it takes a good member 1-3 days to make one million cash, it would take a good non member a MONTH at most to make 1 million cash
7.ALL of the good items are WAY overpriced by greedy players
8.It wastes your life, seriously, go outside, exercise - Study for school, whatever, Runescape will NOT benefit your life in any way, lol, quite the contrary
9 If your addicted to runescape, follow these steps:
1. Print all of the text above and stick it on you toilet door or sumthin
2. Give away ALL of your “expensive” items
3. slowely, but surely, you will quit, and a happier life will open up to you
Adventure Quest (oh god...)
1. The servers are pretty much ALWAYS full
2. It requires a little more skill to play than runescape, but nothing more a year 2 maths student cant handle
3. It takes 2-10minutes to kill ONE monster - in which case you are awarded with 20 gold, omg WOW, 20 gold!!! - too bad most good items are 1000+ gold -.-
4. You are severly limited if you are not a guardian (membership), eg. sum cool thing happens, you get half way through, oh... sorry.. you are not a guardian, get stuffed...
5. The animations are nothing special - most of it is basic flash

(I played for a while, ended up with a lv96 account (call me nerd =p) but when I stopped, my life REALLY got better - both body and mind...)
now.. instead of playing runescape, I do weights instead =]

I highly reccommed you all drink green tea - and quit drinking soft drinks - Im like... uber healthy since i have...

.... Guest | If you want to play online multiplayer games so bad, then get super smash brother brawl (when it is released, prob christmas) and a Wii (with a Nintendo router if you dont have wireless access point)
sure... it would prob set you back close to $550, but so what, much better than any mmorpg like runescape - way more action...
this is sorta off-topic - but, i dont know much about GOOD mmorpgs
most of them waste your life - and are completely boring, people just play them coz they are addicted (like a drug)
If you really want to communicate with others - your’re doing it right now =], just bum around forums - become a member of your favourite - at least then, you’re actually learning things...
