I understand why you hate it...but i like it because back in the day, me and my friends played the Pokemon Crystal version and traded and played cards all day (like when i was 10 or 11. I play it sometimes for good old times sake...

yea, it will never die! Pokemon started in 1995 and it still is popular with all of my little brothers friends, i keep on telling him to get pokemon xd but he says hed rather play one for the Revolution. Hes right, maybe well just rent pokemon xd, is it fun enough to play? (if any of you have ever played it, tell me if its good or not)

I wonder when they will make upm new pokemon like they did for the Ruby and Saphire series? I saw some new ones (like 2) that ive never seen before. It makes me think....Maybe Nintendo has plans for new Pokemon, I hope they do.

Pokemon USE to be ok, but now they start repeating themselves over and over again. For example, threw nearly all the episodes of pokemon i saw, it was about the same thing. Ash and his gang meet some new guy with strong pokemon. Ash plains to battle him but then Team Rocket come in and attack them while pathetically trying to capture Pikachu. Usually Ash doesnt destroy them so then the other guy with the strong pokemon kicks there butts. And then Team Rocket says “ohh know where blasting off again” (which happens in basically EVERY single episode). After that they duel and says there goodbye. And then the same thing happens once again...

Including, Pokemon is for 5 year olds, and if your older then that and still like that show then wow, i feel sorry for you!

You know by most peoples standards what I’m about to say you could say is ironic. But it seems that the people that play pokemon games seem to be a lot more mature than the people that play the Halo games. Haha think about that one.

But back to on subject I hated the pokemon series. It was annoying and to happy. But the pokemon games are just incredible RPG’s. I mean some of the best made. They are made extremely well. Who cares if the show was for 5 yr olds. The games are made quite well and are quite addictive. Can’t wait for my Pokemon MMO now.

i agree with you zucas. l can’t wait for the new pokemon game, i’m sure its going to be online and that makes it perfect.

my opinion- just cause an older person like pokemon doesn’t mean anything, last year i went to a pokemon convention and their were plenty of older people, its a very fun rpg.

Nova- exactly. Just cause you play pokemon does not mean your a kiddy gamer or whatever. I play video games cause they are good not cause of what the rating says. Something people have forgotten.

Take it from me. It is not cool to play a game because it has an M written on the front and it is because of blood and violence. Actually doing that just makes you an idiot. YOu play a game cause it is fun and something that will entertain you. So if you think buying M game is cool then you are wrong cause that just makes ya stupid. If you buy any game with any rating it is because you think it’s fun. You shouldn’t judge people cause of what game they play.

the new ones are pratically the same ones over again like fire red is exactly like Red edition apart from the fact theres probably more new gay pokemon which no one likes like hoot hoot and the graphics are loads better and in colour. They even have a pattern when they bring out 2 games u need both to actually catch all th pokemon which just means more money for them. The only old gd versions are Silver or gold and red, blue or Yellow the other ones are just for the fact they want easy money and not actually put any new things in which would cost them more.

back in the day Pokemon was awesome... when I was younger I was obsessed with it... TV, Cardgame, Videogames, you name it... but now... it seems really stupid...

yeah i mean on ruby there is this rare pokemon i saw before u can attck it it runs off and if uve already usued a master ball there is no chance in hell even when fully weakend this drove me crazy so i put my best pokemon on my freinds then started a new game and traded them back everthing was fine until i realised trying to find this pokemon is bloody hard its impossible i tried for 2 days i think and then decided to give up i realised i had wasted my time for almost a week.
I know i sound childish but i really wanted this pokemon as it was strong amd kinda looke liked Latios which is my favourite. I now cant be bothered with it anymore and have bought a PSP which kicks ass but there arent many games tht interest me ive only got GTA.
