I know some of you may have read the halo books and i know this topic might have been discussed before but do you really think there might be a chance that the other spartans will be in halo 3? i mean if you think about it, it might be possible, the last thing i heard of the other spartans other then the 3 that are on distant missions it said that linda, will, and fred were on the gettysburg ship while john 117 took a pelican to the pilar of autumn, now i dont know about what everyone else thinks but i sure as hell think they will include the other spartans, b/c maybe contana might release kelly from her mission the join with john and linda, will, and fred might be sent to earth, not to mention with the enemey going to earth i think the humans might consider sending the other spartans to earth as well, as for the other 3 on distant missions i’m not sure of, but they will i think include at least will, fred, kelly, and linda, maybe even some other spartans that were labeled MIA (missing in action). Also what just hit me is that there is a whole other group of spartans being trained as well, so we may not just talking about a small squad of spartans, possibly they might include a small army of spartans.

yeah i know, and plus since the elites and grunts are going to be siding with the humans u figure the covenant troops back on reach will get word of what happened and stop fighting the humans, then that means the third group of spartans being trained will be realised from the training grounds plus the ones MIA who might still be alive will be sent back to earth as well, i think i might have a good theory going on here, lol.
I hoped there was 4 way co-op in Halo 2, since like you, I read the books. Maybe even a specialization for each Spartan, like Linda has superior sniping abilities, Kelly is able to move the fastest, ect.
wow, never really thought of that, yeah that would be sweet and fred has good leadership abilities not to mention he is a senior petty officer which is just a rank below john so like maybe on some missions you’ll lead a squad of spartans and fred will lead another squad of spartans in different areas on the level ur on and then ur squads can meet at different points of the level and while ur squads are separated fred will be like talking to you over the transmiter alerting u about enemies near by or alerting u that his squad needs back up, i think that’d be kinda cool too and it would make things seem more exiciting and interesting.
Yeah, some people think that bungie is going to want to keep the other spartans a secret in the games and not include them, but that would be really gay.
Okay, well im going from the beginning of the forums, and i found this topic on like.. page 40 something. >.> no other spartans will be included in the new game.
