sims 2 body shop not working

i click on it and it says

Direct3D returned an error
D3ERR_INVALIDCALL!
The application will now terminate...












Can anybody help? I havent a clue what it means. I barely know a thing about computers.

I get the same message. I tried calling EA games and they didn’t help me.
