Microsoft is being sued by Lucent technologies because of copyright infringment. Lucent, the creators of the Mpeg2 technology, found that the 360 is using this technology without their permission. if Lucent wins, ALL 360s out on shelves will be called back and production will seize until they remedy this problem. What does that mean for the 360’s future? Bleakness.
