How would they manage that without dying?
They would be shot before they got the chance
and their onyl useful weapon is a rocket launcher, which is far too limited on ammo.
Not to mention Spartans aren’t trained in hand-to-hand combat like commandos and commandos have beaten aliens far stronger than any Spartan.

That was until Duriel showed me the info on thye Spartans training and no where does it say they are good at melee and melee weapons nor are they trainedi n that area.

The Spartan weapons use outdated bullets. Bullets just bounce off the commando suits.
All the have is a rocket launcher and they can’t even hold much ammo. Each spartan would only get one shot and the commandos would have em located and shot down.
Plus they can survive shots from rocket launchers.
