1: Spartans are even better in teams then the commandoes are, you should see there tactics in the books.
2: Linda is a FAR better sniper then Sev
3:The spartans form proper squads, squads arn’t made of 4 members, what the commandoes have there is a fireteam.
4: The spartans are more agile.
5:John is a much smarter team leader then 38.
6:Kelly could out run any of them. ---

How does that all add up? Their weapons are useless. Nothing can change that.

No they aren’t. They are strong enough to kill in one hit, even if the person is wearing armor.
The Spartan bullets are crap, they can’t do anything to the commandos.

A shotgun bullet can’t kill the commandos. No bullets can and yes vibro blades are more advanced than plasma. They are not just small blades. They are VIBRO blades. They are enforced with enough energy to withstand lightsabers, something plasma has not been shown to be able to do.
MC is not the same as the other Spartans seeing how much he has done in the games and probably the books too.
He is supposedly a better leader, which means he is probably one of the smarter ones. That really makes him different from the others and not just a regular Spartan.
