ok i added you guys. check your frends roster after games to see if we could all play a game. Anyway i heard from an interveiw that mp3 will not feature mutiplayer or online ofcaorse they probubly said it just to hype fans up but it still leaves me with dought...i like the mutiplayer and It kicks ass i see no reason for them to remove it

There is a new feature in Metroid prime 3 and there is a reason why it is called corruption.

They said that at some point in the game you get affected by the phazon and from that point on you could go into hyper mode whenever you wanted. However there is a downside to being powerful, you will get too powerful if you remain in hyper mode too long and you will die from it.

It seems to be the new feature for the game since the last one had a light world-dark world feature.

You probably lose life when your in hyper mode I can assume.

that is excatly what happens

you can choose to turn the tide of a fight but you risk losing your life when you call upon your power

You have to choose wisely when you call upon the power like if you use it in small amounts then you can use it really well and won’t have to fear running out of life if you use it in those in those small amounts of time.

if they don’t have multiplayer they can at least make a part 2 that revolves only around multiplayer
like an expansion pack and it could just go off the saved file for MP3 plus it can have tournament mode and so on for single player
that way if someoen doesn’t care bout multiplayer mode they don’t need to get it

and it can be $20

but i still think they could just shove it all on 1 disk
it’s not too much to ask for

Thats what I was thinking and you never know maybe that is what retro will do for online support, Halo 2 had an expanison pack for multiplyer so Metroid Prime 3 may just have one as well. I just hope they do somthing with multiplyer

yeah, if they make a multiplayer expansion, which they better if MP3 won’t have multiplayer, then they can add in alot of things

adn make the single player part set up like in figthing games like in dragon ball z budakai
except its fps arenas

and their can be some store or something to by more unlockables like weapons, suits, and so on

and there can be some unlockable levels which r Samus’s past battles in other games

I think the reason of it would be to attack enemies who are resistant to basic attack methods. you would have to be acurate and defensive. with a system like this i can imagine a very interesting ending.

there actually a feature that the wii has called connect 24 which meens games can recieve updates autocmaticly so you wont have to buy an expansion pack..i bet they will release mutiplayer later so people no how to play before they take it online and i dont blame them

i think its very intelligent but some games dont use connect 24 but i cant see why metroid cant have it...after all, retro is trying to make this the must have game for the wii, arent they. In order to do that theyll have to fully utillize it.

with connect 24 retro could also add little surprises in the game A.K.A. “easter eggs” witch will keep players looking.. EX an infinit ammo upgrade that returns before you save..
