Still before she could get into morphball he can be chocking her and keep her away with the force, it may not be powerful enough to stop the powerbomb itself but it can keep her at a long enough distance.
The thing is morphball doesn’t have any ranged weapons, her biped verson does and when she’s in that mode he can choke her or I assume break her neck. (I’m guessing he can put enough force into a chocke to break the persons neck with a nice twist to one side or the other right?)

As far as I know suits don’t affect the force, so yea.
Vader can use the force in his suit so I doubt that samus' suit would stop it.

Unless the guy only knows the dark side of the force, that deals with physical stuff like the lightning and her sheilds would probably fend that off easily.
Then again if they kick ass with a lightsaber instead they wouldn’t really need the force just the sword and slicy slice, though that would be a bit harder...
