Darth Vader wins. His very blows are guided by the dark side of the force itself. He can deflect shots, be it plasma, pure energy, or missile. He can choke samus. In fact, the only thing I doubt Darth Vader can do to her is rape her (I think the lava fall steralized him)

I’ve never heard of Vader deflecting a missle, although he did resist a blast from a rifle with his hand.
