Human torch IMO, he can fly and incinerate bowser nearly efffortlessly, that pretty much writes off Bowser, and I think he can control other fire so if Bowser was to try and attack him that way he could just turn it around back down his throat...
That is if we’re going by the not-so-magical bowser...If he’s pretty much normal bowser than the human torch wins but if he has a few more extra powers say like hte star wand or whatever then he would probably win but it all depends...

bowser can spin around in his shell so if torch uses fire spin sround itwill prptect him.

Yea well I don’t exactly know if that would work, he could always keep a steady burst going and when bowser stops spinnig it won’t disperse so well...
But I dunno I’m only here to post my quick opnion anyways, let other people come in post some facts and refine said opinion...

Your joking right? Human Torch can make his flames hotter than the sun. Bowser can barely take Mario’s flames. How is he going to survive flames hotter than the sun.
