I think this was done before.
It’s hard to call both of them are basically immortal (either that or REALLY hard to kill), but I myself like Dark Samus more.
DS could also probably incinerate SA-X with her weaponry, don’t know for sure but that would probably finish SA-X.

Dark Samus would win.
SA-X has nothing that could completly kill it(Phazon based weapontry)
