The rock is supposed to be too heavy for him to lift.
Once he makes the rock he cannot lift it no matter what.

he decides whether or not he is strong enough to lift the rock no matter how heavy he makes he can choose to be able to lift it if he wants

I think your forgetting that he’s making a rock that he cannot lift.

If he decides whether he is strong enough to lift the rock then that means he cannot make a rock too heavy for him to lift. Which also means he cannot do everything.

he can make himself as weak as a 4 yeard old or as strong as Atlas

The point is, he can’t do everything. Either he can make a rock big enough that he can lift or he can’t. Either he can’t lift it or he can. I think this is obvious now. God cannot be as powerful as previously thought by Christians and other religions who describe god as perfect.

You know what? It’s a trick question. It’s used to try to catch Christians saying something contradictory, to get them into a trap. So I won’t answer trick questions. Trick questions don’t prove anything! Plus, it’s like a two part question. Who says those two parts have to go together?

it is logic but it it’s a theory with holes in it
God can make himself too weak to pick up the boulder or strong enough to lift it with his pinky fling it across the universe

Here’s all I can say about it. God can make a stone that would grow in all directions forever. It would be HUGE, and it would be expanding to be even BIGGER every second! But, then, He would just pick it up and it would not cause any problem. God is Omnipotent.
