Tyreaus, I have banned people without their consent and based on insults directed at me or some of my allies. I fully support SA-X in his decision and understand the logic he has proposed (might I remind you that decisions like this can only be decided by moderators, and you have declined on multiple decisions to be a moderator. This is one more reason you should become one.
SA-X- maybe this is a stage you are going through, and the consistant warnings and proper moderating made this a perfectly legal move. However, there is a limit where you must realize that there are those who choose not to listen by the rules that are set by society, but do not break them in any hard way; they simply bend them. The Real Sonic or Why is one of these people. Motivated beyond belief by personal opinions, he is a shining example of this.

As corrupt as this may sound, senior members get more leeway than junior members. You can take more offenses and not get banned if you are senior, and the exact opposite for juniors. Also, I am taking into consideration that SA-X appears to be going to a hormone shift, resulting in less rational decisions. This may not be true, but it seems to be a likely culprit.

I fully agree with you, GoldenRaptor (except I’m not going through a phase or anything). And I accept all responsibilities for my actions. I may have been a little rash when I was insulted, but I do not tolerate insults that are meant to harm. Insulting a MOD seriously is asking for trouble.
