That would be much obliged. Couldn’t get on til about now. Thanks for taking notice of it and trying to fix the problem. Cause this has been happening a lot lately. Hope you can fix it soon.
Ok strange, that works but someone posted a link on another thread and I modified it so it should work but it doesn’t...(note he is a guest but that doesn’t make sense why it wouldn’t work)

Perhaps you should leave it that way. It might get more people to register.
(Just to note)
There was a severe lag (possibly a crash for a second or two) on my browser for this site just now. (I couldn’t load some pages at all, said it was unavalible)
4:25: crash lag may be clearing up but I got a warning I’ve never seen before in the process.
Warning: Too many connections in /home/httpd/vhosts/moviecodec.com/httpdocs/scripts/in_general.php on line 28
Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Too many connections in /home/httpd/vhosts/moviecodec.com/httpdocs/scripts/in_general.php on line 28
Database connection error.
(which is pure greek to me but it may mean something to you Bjarne, like if you can fix an error or something)
(PS: This started around half an hour ago from time of edit, give or take the odd minute)
I know the server is acting really bad right now (I wonder if I can even post this). I am talking to my host about this. They are usually very forthcomming. I think that I will probably need to upgrade the VPS plan that moviecodec.com is under (higher price ).
I am still working on finding out exatly which component of the server it is that is causing the problems.
What really gets me is the fact that it will be totally unresponsive for 5 minutes straight - then work very snappy the next 5 minutes - then not work again etc. I would have expected it to just get slower, or send some error messages, if it is overloaded...
Yea it goes on and off like that and in compeltly random times too...sometimes it’s half an hour sometimes it’s 5 minutes and it almost seems to come up with different error messages...(I get the normal IE error message when it can’t find a site but then I started getting that one I posted above, the one before that messed up the site formatting and I found my IE options that I had placed under hidden (it has an option to folow or ignore the standard text settings of a site) to be being used instead of the ones that were designed for the site)
So I couldn’t even begin to help out on what’s wrong but it seems to almost be affecting everything...(though I don’t even know how this site entirely works in the first place so my help would be futile at best, that doesn’t mean I won’t try anyhow)
