Well on my end it always seems to happen around noon/afternoon (though at totally different times then) so I won’t be able to say but we’ll just have to see.

I just now made a rather drastic change in the way that data is retrieved from the database.
So from now on, and in particular tomorrow evening, I will be checking closely how this affects the crashes (which I believe IS caused by a database issue).
I have moved towards simpler, but more numerous database queries, rather than using more complex database queries (memory intensive).
Ah Mr. Bjarne the site is doing it again. We are usually having crashes somewhere around 1-2pm easter time til somewhere around 4-5pm easter time. Plus the site is getting very slow.
