I said I never played KH2, I have played KH1, and if you’ve never played FF7 then how do you know that the characters are not weakened?
It’s because there isn’t anything saying that. Plus, it’s very obvious; majority of those who’ve played FF7 and KH2 say that Sephiroth in KH2 is even stronger than in FF7. There is nothing saying that the Final Fantasy characters were weakened in the KH2. Last edited 12 Jul 2006 12:33 am by yusif2k | | | | 03 Jul 2006 05:15 pm |

Cloud is definitly weaker in Kingdom Heats though, he can’t use Bahumut Zero, Knights of the Round, Ultima, Contain, or any of his powerful Materia. ---

Joker SLP Guest | Tbh i hate Sethiroph he’s just an over rated, over powered spoilt little kid who got most of his power from his mother (jenova). He’s practically the superman of Fantasy characters, he invulnerable to almost everything and only has one weakness which is cloud, jus like superman and Kryptonite. | | | 21 Apr 2008 03:46 pm |
Khorib Guest | Sephiroth vs Wolverine
Look people... I don’t know what kind of superhero you think Wolverine is... but he is far FAR from being the immortal I am hearing him made out to be. Surviving a planet blowing up?! Please.
I am a fan of Wolverine myself, but let it be known, his healing factor is NOT as instantaneous as you are wishing it to be. Even in the movie (which blew his healing abilities way out of proportion) it was not utterly instantaneous. In every other movie aside from the 3rd one, dire injuries took at least several minutes to hours to fully heal. How ever the director decided to give Wolverine a “regenerative boost” for the climax of the movie for dramatic effect...
Also... Yes, he has an adamantium skeleton. Yes, adamantium is supposedly indestructible. However, his entire skeleton is NOT one solid piece. If it were, he would not be able to move, he’d be a statue. his adamantium coated bones are still held together by tendons an ligaments.
That means, that even though you cannot fracture his bones, you can still blow them apart. Sephiroth’s sword can still lop off his head! The blade, if swung with enough force, would slide and pry apart the vertebrae in his neck or spine as it sliced through. The same goes for any joints on his arms or legs.
Another note. Wolverine maybe be able to gradually regenerate lost limbs, however, they will not contain adamantium! He cannot regenerate damaged or lost adamantium because it is foreign material to his body and was inserted via lab experiments.
Last point. Even though Wolverine’s squishy brain is being protected by a nice casing of adamantium, does not mean his brain cannot be damaged. Strong concussive forces can still make the brain bounce and hemorrhage inside the skull. very intense heat, like falling into magma, or even just laying in fire will actually be worse for his brain than ours. The metal in his head carries heat more efficiently than bone and will literally cook his brain faster than it would even for us.
Also.. he brain isn’t totally protected from all chemicals or acids. If submerged, ones his eyes are burned from his sockets, it may flow through the optic nerve passages DIRECTLY into his brain.
I believe, with this information in mind, Wolverine would stand no chance against Sephiroth’s superior speed, accuracy, skill, strength, reach, powers. Hands down, I’m sorry Wolvey fan boyz, but Wolverine will end in pieces. | | | 21 Apr 2008 03:50 pm |
