i need to know how xbox live works before i get the 360 i want to know can i play online with a silver membership? do i need a phone line? if so can i use my AOL dial up? will i be able to play online out of the box (im getting the pro system)? is xbox live 360 as good as the xbox live on the origanal xbox(i have never owned a xbox thats why i am getting a 360 instead of the PS3)? please help me with this
what do you mean by tricky do you mean that the connection might fail like mine just did abohut three minutes ago and what online service do you recomend?
no ur gona b behind the game the whole time. u will be shooting a guy in front of u but hes actually on the other side of the map. thats the problem with dial up.
but its mainly ur upload speed that counts
Ok first what you should do is get a highspeed internet connection like comcast so you won’t lag out of a ton of games ( Not required that you have highspeed.) If you have a wireless router you need to put your information from the router into the 360 network connections ( I don’t really know how that works out because I don’t have a 360 I just have an xbox,(you might have to buy an extra piece) i’m not sure of it. But if you do those things then you should be able to connect to Xbox live.
