why is the 360 better than the PS3?

i have heard that the 360 crashes, frezess up,looks bad and has bad gameplay is this true?
i wanna know before i buy a 360

they r still crashing regularly acording to ign.

i would say buy w8 and get a ps3. u get a blu ray player which is worth well ova 600 dolla but u get not only the blu ray player but u get the rsx graphics card, full backwards play and the worlds most powerful cell.

the ps3 is friken cheap! u get tons for ur buk.

but if ya gona get a 360 u will want to buy a biger fridge to keep ur room below skin melting point

the 360 is way way better than the ps3!
the 360 has amazing online, great controller, amazing HD graphics,and the best exclusive games like gears of war,halo 2,forza 2,fable 2,mass effect, saints row, toohuman, and dead rising

ps3 is shitty and will come in last!

PS3 is better than the 360. i have a 360, and it’s okay. i originally had to trade it in 'cause it froze on me a few times... especially while loading Oblivion. Fight Night round 3 plays alright, but doesn’t look as good as the PS3 version... the characters look the same, but look in the background... they bitmapped everybody! it looks so pixelated... not next-gen at all. it still plays fine... a few skipped frames here and there... and COD2... it’s okay for starters. but you’ll notice a lot of pop-ups while using a smoke bomb too. and if you walk up close to a wall, everything is mapped on, even the flags. no actual textures. I also have Media center 2005 on my PC, and it’s hooked up to my 360. several times has it just kicked me off while watching movies or listening to music. I don’t recommend connecting it. the downloads are good though. getting demos and trailers, but i could do all that on my computer already. like i said, i have Media Center 2005. When the HD-dvd rom drives come out for PC, I’ll probably get it... depends on if Microsoft will support Bd-roms for windows... but i’d put my money on the Sony... again... just knowing i’ll be pushing my HDTV to 1080p gets me all tingely inside! i have to settle for the 720p 'cause that’s the highest the 360 goes for progessive scan. (720p is better than 1080i). i’m also getting the Wii, just to let u know.

the only way ps3 could loose is if it was delayed again. i would get so sick of waiting i would stop w8ing for the ps3 to play my ps2 games online and get the ps2 slim so i can play online. then when ps3 comes out i will buy it anyways.

when i saw a 720 p tv at the shops the pixels were still pretty big and the difference between sd and 720 p is hardly noticable by a normal person, but when i saw a 1080 p i droped to my knees and said 1 word. WOW! it was so friken sharp! and even with its huge size it was sharp when u luked up close. cant w8 to play games in that resolution. im all tingly

i have no doubt in my mind that the PS3 will be the most powerfull console ever created it has a super computer like cell processor with an overwhelming computing power of 2 teraflops, graphical expressions that have never been seen before become possible. Environments and characters are far more refined and realistic. Sony’s new free online marketplace is available out of the box, offering additional content, online gaming, and independent game downloads. A built-in Blu-ray disc player and support for hi-def resolution up to 1080p takes complete advantage of whatever home theater system you have. if it’s exclusive games stay with them (and GI says there already jumping ship) the PS3 will have the power to rape and murder my 360

wow ha the free ps3 online doesnt support online gaming just like silver plus its harder to develop for the 360 will have the best exclusives tho

wut? The free online will support online gaming. just like the PS2 does now. and the only good exclusive i think the 360 will have are halo and fable... that’s it. the PS3 will have metal gear, tekken, killzone, final fantasy, gran turismo and soul calibur... i know there’s tons more, but those are the onyl ones i’m looking forward too. as soon as halo comes out, i’m getting it, and as soon as metal gear comes out, i’m getting it. but i bet it’ll take a lot longer to beat metal gear... all the halos so far are short, agree? i just can’t wait to play tekken online so i can dominate! bitches!

360 is not better than ps3! 360 has a small number of games. Also where i am ps3 is way more popular than 360

no online gaming is free they jst didnt list it cus they take online gaming free for granted unlike xbox. if a computer ofers free online why should we pay jst becuase we play on the console. well with ps3 u can take free for granted.
but there will be a paying service avalable i jst dont no what that features.
so far the free version of ps3 online has jst about all the features of xbox live. but free!

There is no way to tell which is better. The PS3 is out, and it may very well have the same issues (overheating, crashing, etc...) as the 360. If you look back through history, Sony hasn’t typically had the best record for the first set of hardware. Or Microsoft, for that matter. Nintendo does pretty good though. They also keep their consoles really quiet at the same time. The Xbox is loud, the PS2 I am not sure about, since it wasn’t in the same room to compare it to, but the Gamecube is silent. Without that red light on the console you would swear it was off.

we all no that xbox and 360 crash cus of over heating right.
well i blocked off the fan on the ps2 and it still didnt crash or anything. no difference in frame rates or loading. when i took the box out of the way the air was a bit warm but quickly went to cold. i played games that use the max of the ps2 and still no difference in frame rates

I’ll pick Jin Kazama to kick your butt. He’s my favorite character; i play the best with him. Devil Jin is also my favorite. i was interested when they put Devil Jin in Tekken 5, he’s so awesome in that game. i’ve learned all of his combos; i was pretty much unbeatable to my friends after that. Hwoarang is my second favorite; Lee Chaolaon is my Third. Tekken 5’s visuals greatly improved from it’s predessor. It looks even better on the new Playstation 2 console.
