You know if we do use the FF versons, by what you’re already giving me Sora and Roxas have practically won straight out...
You have to give the Sparda Brothers some kind of chance...not just something where they die instantly...

I’ve changes the rules; now Dante and Vergil have access to their weapons and can use their Devil Triggers, since you think they don’t stand a chance w/out it. OK so let’s start.

Well Dante and Vergil don’t have anywhere near as good of defenses as Roxas and Sora, but they can take more punishment...

The Pendragon Rep: 34Joined: 06 Sep 2005 Posts: 48,244 OFFLINE | The thing is there are alot of magical attacks Sora and Roxas use that aren’t in DMC anywhere...I don’t know what kind of defenses would and wouldn’t work against some of them...that’s always a stumbling block...
Dante and Vergil’s style focuses more on gradually weakening the opponent and then bringing the enemy down, then continuing to kill it from there, that won’t work to well with Roxas and Sora with their abilities...
I’d hate to be sounding like I’m giving up really easily but as good and as close of a fight as this would be Sora and Roxas just have more useful and powerful abilities and a better defensive style.
If you fully powered them both or made both have basic abilities Roxas and Sora would win, you’d have to go completly biased towards Dante and Vergil and give them a good advantage before they would win...

Well, with what we have all said here practically everyone here has been biased a little...heck even I have too when I said that Dante and Vergil would lose...
I may have worded that other statement wrong, what I was meaning was that in order for Dante and Vergil to win they would have to have a decent power advantage over Roxas and Sora, otherwise at equal levels they would lose, I didn’t mean to start anything negative such as a downright flame war...

I know quite a bit about them actually. Maybe its because I haven’t beaten Kingdom Hearts 2 yet. Maybe I’ll change my mind whenever I do.

Come on; you know way more about Dante and Vergil than me. i don’t think you know enough about Sora or Roxas so to say Dante and Vergil are below them. Let’s start by telling what each of character can do.
