dude rap does suck, it is not music period. it’s just talking to an easily made up beat. where the fuck is the talent, rock musicians can actually play instruments and they can sing, and no not all rock talks about hate, u would be surprised to see that a lot of rock is optimistic. come on you rap people really need to be informed. but you can keep listening to the untalented rap artists, while your doing that I’ll be listening to real music!

Dude there are plenty of rock bands that are fucked up on drugs more than the rappers. Almost every awesome band is fucked up and drunk all the time.

Of course rap sucks, that’s not a question, it’s a scientific fact!
Rap is not music, it’s a beat that plays over and over again while someone talks fast (and often with no pronounciation whatsoever, so nobody understands what they’re saying).
Now, if it has a good message, like it used to, rap would be great. But rap doesn’t even have a message at all anymore, it’s just a bunch of (very, very ugly) guys showing off about their life, money, hoes, whatever. So, this type of “music” is just absoluetly POINTLESS..has NO REASON to exist. The people who listen to it are even sadder than rap itself.

PS: Again, I’m talking about modern rap only.

thats stupid to say that rap is why the streets are shitty gang bangers have been listening to rap jazz rock and every mainstre genre of music that was popular way back when, don’t believe me? go and rent gangster movie from the 60’s 70’s and 80’s and see that the music is diverse, gang bangers used to listen reggae while riding down the streets high.

you know what my opinion is on metal? their are a lot of different people who listen to metal and i’m sure some of them are cool, but the ones i know are pretintous assholes who bad mouth people they don’t know to feel powerful have no life outside going to concerts and obsessing over music and talking about the old school metalhead who’s atleast in his 30’s who was around when metal was popular to define themselves when the new audience clamors together to smoke weed get drunk at the back of the school and are terrified of the consequences hate people for little to no reason and lie to make themselves look tough, and the adults think they are tough picking fight with teenagers when they are the larger group.
