I wonder if Marvel’s “One Above All”(The one who gave the Living Tribunal omnipotence) is the most powerful fictional character ever created. I can’t think of anyone who’d even stand a chance against him aside from possibly The Living Tribunal(but since he got his power from the One Above All I’m pretty doubtfull) and Thanos after gaining the Heart of the Universe(I still don’t think he’s above the One Above All after that).

There is another “One Above All”, but he’s just an alien leader, I doubt he’s omnipotent or atleast as powerful as the other One Above All.
