Well I’m asking the evolutionists here to show me the proof for their theory, and they’re not stepping up to the challenge. Thing is, I don’t see any truth in fish evolving into proffessors and musicians and artists and intelligent people. What truth do you see there? Share with me.

Evolution isn’t the be all and end all of the universe such as a lot of people seem to see here. It is simply a tool for God, its not the ONLY tool...
Man may not have been part of the scheme of evolution ie: we were created for something special that we seem to ruin at every chance we get, but is still effected by it at this point.... ie: people getting taller...
But don’t you think that God could Create the earth and everything without the use of evolution? I mean, God can do anything, why would He use evolution and a billion years to do something, if He could quickly do it in 6 days by Himself, perfect the first time. You know? Get what I’m saying?

because mankind is not the center of the universe, mostly his latest project (but most important)... also gods days are probably longer then earth days... (you know that are mathmatically calculated by the sunlight the earth recieves while going around the sun in the solar system)..

Well in the context it was used, the word “days” does seem to mean real earth days. Because God told His people to rest on the 7th day, like He rested on the 7th day, it makes it pretty obvious there is no metaphor here. And another thought, why would God want to use metaphors and deciet when giving an account of his creation to His people?

Microevolution is real, I would call it variations within a kind, but macroevolution is not real, not even one tiny bit.
My proof? Well, the absence of proof for macroevolution is one. The lack of mankind ever observing macroevolution is two. The lack of transitional fossils between kinds in the strata layers is three. You should check it out, I wrote a whole essay on the subject of evolution, I think you will find it interesting. I wrote a lot about why evolution is false there.
But I still would like to hear from you guys, what proof do you have that macroevolution is true? Why can’t you show me one piece of evidence for macroevolution? Maybe because it’s not real?...

Karkar,its because he is a literalist, he has faith that everything he reads in the scriptures is 100% accurate in the way its told, nothing we say will probably ever change his views, for the prospect of it not being so in essence frightens him.
Do you know how when you tell someone a story and they tell it to someone else even if they are trying to be honest it comes out differently... do that several times over hundreds of years and write a book about it and you have the bible and some of the other texts...
God once did try to tell us exactly what to do.. but what did we do (well Moses) smash his laws into the ground... when Moses finally rewrote the commandments as instructed he did it in shorthand and skipped those that he didn’t have the energy or want to include....
So lots of meaning was lost, God sent a messenger Jesus to try to tell us what he meant for our existence, we chose to ignore him for the most part but the most important thing Jesus ever said is love thy neighbor... one thing we never accepted... and with people and all of their faults intentional and unintentional malice, the original meaning of life was lost for the most part... we focus on a select few rules that WE (not God) think are the most important from what fragments remain when we should just focus on making the world a better place, and enjoying life but not at the cost of others.....

I don’t know if you know this or not, but I’ll tell you, that when Jewish scribes copied the texts of the Bible, they did it believing they would go to Hell if they made a misprint and left it. They knew how many words were in each line they copied. If they made a mistake, they tossed either the page or the whole copy, can’t quite remember... They took great care to copy exactly the text of the Bible. And the Bible texts themselves were God inspired, and they have no fault in them, they are accurate scientifically, historically, geographically, and spiritually and morally.
