I think that Naruto will win because he is a ninja and he got saskue and sakura on his team. Plus he nows how to use his chakra and knows how to use shadow clon jutsu. Thats why I think that Naruto should win CHA!
Kyubbi and Resangan would waste a person whos power is strectch arms :/

yeah Naruto would win esily,
being able to move at thoses speeds and throw kunai at Luffy, with sharp things being one of his many weakness. Luffy wouldn’t stand a chance
Sakura could easily pound Nami to a bloody pulp usng her enormous stregth.
Anyone could easily beat Usup
Shikamaruo could beat Zoro using shadow jutus and making zoro stab himself

Luffy has a weakness to sharp things but since when is that all Naruto does?Second he doesn’t instantly lose when someone uses a sharp object on him(Luffy vs Kuro,Luffy vs Zoro)Also no one in Naruto has yet to show strength in league with Luffy.Also with Gear 2 Luffy is way faster than Naruto.

Not really.Ussopp using brains was able to fight Luffy for a while and took a five ton bat to the face.He even caused an explosion that rocked the waves(which Luffy took and only got pissed off about)
