True but what makes you think he could survive against Gear 2 when a trained assasin that moved at the same speed and could open doors and move to different locations couldn’t beat him.

Lighting can heat sand up and heating sand turns it to glass.
tough call ninja weapons would just bounce of luffy and luffy gets scary strong during the crocodle arc but still naruto got that nine tailed fox going on so i would call that fight a draw now if the rest of the cast of both shows fought the naruto chacters would obliterate the one peice chacters luffys the only one who would have a chance

I didn’t read any of that. In fact I don’t even watch the shows. It’s just a known fact that pirates beat ninjas all the time, except for in terms of Ask A Ninja vs. Ask A Pirate... the ninjas got us beat there.
obviously one piece will win the fight, look using jutsu need a handle unlike one piece they just activate d devil fruit directly, Gecko moria one of the shichibukai can take all narutos character bcoz he can control shadow n get other shadow n store to another undead body n become his minion it wud be harder to them to win fighting against the shadow minon that was stole its like fighting against themselves. also blackbeard that control darkness and the gravity that create a black hole... awts...
In luffy vs naruto I would go with luffy. Naruto may have the kyuubi aura and otk transformation, but luffy also has Second gear and third gear. naruto only techniues are rasengan, kage bunshin no jutsu, summoning jutsu,uzumaki naruto rendan.
Luffy has, gomu gomu no: pistol, shoot, gataling, basooka,giant gavel, pinwheel , balloon (can be used to get clones off of him)spear, hanabi (fire works in english) ax, bell, crossbow, finger net,, and aa whole bunch of techniques.
Physical attacks are useless agianst luffy, he eaisly see kunai, and shuriken and fast enough to dodge them

Considering the fact that the speed they move at isn’t even impressive in one piece(see how fast Soru users move and Luffy vs Bellamy),it wouldn’t matter.
