Along the line of press conferences MS displayed some top-notch games with in-game footage along with several huge announcements (GTA IV, Halo 3). Nintendo also displayed some new games (the biggest being probably SSB  rawl), but they did not have as many games to showcase, and the trailers lacked a significant “wow” factor that is quite essential to press conferences.
Sony’s Press Conference was a bg dissapointment.
In terms of floor showing both MS and Nintendo had impressive games on the show floor, but LoZ:TP was no doubt the most sought after game there along with Super Mario Galaxy. However, 360 lacked its big guns like Forza and Halo to attract the crowds but nontheless had tons to show with Lost Planet, Gears of War, and others.
In the end, there is no winner because both MS and Nintendo put on amazing show that bith Nintendo and MS respectively fanboys clamored for. It’s all in the eyes of the beholder.
