All i really wanted to say is uf u can add some of these requests to moviecodec...
1.In the login screen, can u please put a sign (next to remeber me) that says dont click remember me if u are in a public area (library,office,etc.) cause once when i was at the library i pressed remember me and that made me wait like 3 months just to log back in! (and i dont want that to happen with anyone else...
2. i also suggest a smily tab somewhere, (can be the same smiles, i dont care)maybe next to the Quick Reply window and Post Reply window would be nice...
3.making ads for moviecodec (i dont really know if you are going to make them urself)but it could bring more people to come to this website and alot more company than usual...
4.(a question)Can we post gifs? if enyone knows please tell me...
5. Make a new topic tab like computer stuff (viruses, management,etc.) it could help most of the people here if they do have problems...
6. my last request (more will definatly come later on) is can someone sticky my hangman topic please?

To number four: Yes you can post GIF’s, both animated and unanimated, all you need to do is get the URL from it either via imageshack if it’s in your computer or through the URL it’s based on and post it in an image BBcode, it should work the same way as any JPEG format.
Number one should probably be done if it happens to more people, but that’s if it becomes serious and common. (I click remember me on this computer and I could go to other computers and it would work fine, but I also shut off this computer so I don’t know what type of effects library computers have.)
Number two isn’t really necessary unless we get more smilies.
Number three can mostly be done through other people linking to the site via banners and the such, Bjarne has little control over it because it involves other sites not this one, although it would be a nice thing to have in places.
Four was taken care of.
Five I don’t really understand...
And six you’re going to have to wait till you get more posts and it becomes more popular.

wut i meant on 5 wuz that if Bjarne could make a Computer tab... u no lik how he made Movies/tv/music and games...likea section for only CPU problems cause u never no when someone needs help (like in the off-topic section...)
OH ok erm...well the other sections probably do fine enough for that and it’s more with codecs and file compressing...but it might not be half a bad idea...however there is the general section as well which could substitute a Computer section...
And since this is a suggestion section I would like to bring back up the issue of the Halo Sucks thread which has now gotten completly out of hand.

The last comment more specifically, along with the ones that preceeded it, I do believe that breaks a rule somewhere, nevermind it hasn’t been successfully on topic for a very long time now...
I do believe the person has been banned on several occasions but it hasn’t solved anything since they have kept on coming back so I believe the better solution would to be to shut down the thread itself, it would possibly keep the person from interfering and insulting people in the future, since the thread is closed he may find no reason to stay around.
Yes, I’m keeping an eye on it, but I think this one I’ll let live. Xtrm complains occasionally how he never argues like a man anymore because the arguments are too civilised.
