Yeah, ban their user accounts till they run out of e-mail adresses (which they would probably just make more with hotmail) or if it’s a guest just one ban does it (unless you have an IP changer, which most guests here do nowadays.)
So unless they have niether accessable it’s possible to get rid of someone completly...but most people that get banned permanently have one and/or the other to keep on posting and trying to f**k up other people’s online lives...

Weird....because most sites I know have a way of IP banning their registered users....of course I’m no expert at this

Perhaps if we simply refuse to acknowledge his childishness he will go away. Obviously he is here only to get a rise out of us...if we don’t respond he will have lost his favourite past-time.

We can act as though he doesn’t even exist...
