Well before I go for one this is Bungie’s FPS haha. I give no credit to MS. I think this was quite a good game. As it had a new original storyline with new and intriguing characters. It put you in a world with new weapons, enviroments, machinery, and overally new atmosphere. Was a wonderful new innovation into gameplay area. The control fo the game was very nice and easy to get used to. The storyline of the game was not always the best but still a good one that kept you in it all the way. Not as good as some other great games but still passable.
Overally I’d give this game a 9.0. VEry good new game for it’s time and really started the Xbox off. Now Halo 2 is a different story compared to it’s 1st one but Halo: Combat Evolved was definetly quite a good game.

gr8 game but kingdom hearts still wins in my opinion.
halo tries to make a sad ending how the entire fleet got destroyed but u neva really got conected with them. on kh its more than just shooting anything that moves and walking around a bit. the graphics for kh are awsome. the graphics for halo are awsome.
kh went for the animated way so the charecters look more like what they ment to.
halo went for real life people and they look horible cus its imposible to make realistic people that early.
also the animation in kh is absolutly superb! no alaising either and no hickups in frame rate.
halos animation is good but not as good as kh
if i were to b locked up in a room wif only one game it would be sonic

Halo had suprizingly good face animations for 2001, Halo’s “animation” Is very good, with an exteremly good framerate,
I don’t balme you for choosing sonic as youre lock up game, its fun, and a good, choice, but It wouldn’t be MY choice,
Id live with halo 2, and a connection to xbox live.
